Bluerock Developments supports investors in building income-producing HMO portfolios across England — from the capital they start with to an operating, refinanced asset.
Most investors come to HMOs for the returns and leave frustrated by the process — the finance, the refurbishment, the licensing, the compliance, the letting. Bluerock exists to remove all of it. We combine off-market sourcing with direct relationships across councils and supported-housing providers, and manage each stage through to a tenanted, refinanced holding.
How we work
We act as a single, accountable point of contact across a defined nine-stage service, supported by a vetted network of finance, legal, refurbishment and management partners. Investors retain every decision; we carry the delivery.
